July 2006 - Tilapia project in Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico.
A large project is being promoted for implementation in the region, financed by US investors and intended to supply regional markets as well as US markets with fresh produce. The project will be based on a bacterial system developed and implemented in Israel.

April-October 2006 - APT visits Guatemala and cooperates with INVEST and other private investors for fish farming ventures
APT is strengthening its cooperation with INVEST Guatemala, a public agency devoted to promoting foreign investments in Guatemala. Private investors are identified towards development of an export-oriented industry in this country. Sites are being reviewed and analyzed and Business Plans are prepared. APT and another foreign investor will be participating in the ownership of such projects
